Brynna Kibler has been part of the Summus Industries internship for the past two years at Stephen F. Austin University (SFA). Her dedication and willingness to learn was evident during her interview. Kibler applied for the Jr. Account Manager Internship, and has taken on increasing amounts of responsibility since joining the Summus Industries team. Kibler works independently to increase awareness of the Summus Industries and Staples Office Supply program. She coordinates with both Summus Industries and Staples account management on various projects and develops an outstanding rapport with numerous end users, Kibler has proven to be a young lady filled with dedication and drive.
“Needless to say, being SFA's Junior Account Manager gave me an edge as a student. The internship helped me learn how to manage my time better while still accomplishing my tasks. It also helped me learn how to solve problems right on the spot and interact with customers of diverse personalities. The biggest reward from this internship, however, would have to be the fact that I made a difference on my campus. Since the Summus-SFA contract was fairly new when I started, I helped shape user's experience and perceptions of the company by being a direct source of assistance. Interning for Summus Industries has been a wonderful experience and I know that the intern who will secede me will find the same, if not more, value in the internship”, commented Kibler.
Kibler will be graduating with a dual degree in Marketing and Spanish from Stephen F. Austin University, December 2013. She has been offered a position by Southwest Airlines in Customer Services Relations.
“On behalf of Summus Industries we would like to thank Miss. Kibler for providing exceptional customer service. Her charisma and willingness to learn made it a joy to work with her”, said Summus Industries Account Manager, Fabiola Garza.
