Summus Industries has formed a strategic business alliance with VWR International. This alliance will allow the company to further its diversification efforts and presence in the higher education marketplace. Higher education institutions in the state of Texas will be able to purchase laboratory research products from Summus Industries under the E & I Purchasing Agreement.
